Most markets require a Certificate of Insurance ($1M general liability). We'll let you know per market. Vendor-specific policies are available from ACT Insurance and FLIP for around $30/event or $300/year.
Can I share a booth with another vendor?
Sometimes — ask in your application. Shared booths must both be approved by our curation team.
What size tent do I need?
10x10 white pop-up canopies with weights are standard for outdoor markets. We recommend 40-lb weights per leg minimum. See our vendor gear page for specific tent recommendations.
What if I'm not approved for a market?
Most non-approvals are about category balance for that specific market, not product quality. Apply to the next market — different curation, different needs.
Is there a Dreamers Markets vendor app?
Yes — the Dreamers Markets app is free for vendors on iOS and Android. Apply, track approvals, and manage your spot at every market from your phone.
